"I was visiting my mother at this property about 3-4 years ago. Ron's mailed ad happened to arrive while I was there. I contacted him, not as a current prospect, but just to get a feel for the market value of the house. Ron gave his opinion and I thanked him. However, I told him to not bother my mother going forward, and if he did not comply, I would not utilize his services when the time came to sell. He complied, and I chose him partly because of that. About a year ago I asked him to get an old oil tank removed from the yard at a good price in anticipation of a future listing. At the same time at my request, he came by to give us a new detailed market evaluation. When it finally came time to sell the property in March 2021, he went above and beyond his duties as a realtor to arrange for a charity to pick out a few items they could use, arranged for a dumpster and laborers to empty the house, got the certificate of occupancy, etc. Most importantly he got the best possible sale price that was corroborated by another respected realtor. The house "closed" within a month from start to finish. I cannot imagine a real estate broker doing more. I live out of state and was unable to be present for the preparations to sell the house. He was incredibly efficient and effective in making things happen in a timely manner. His assistance made a potentially stressful process much easier for my family. Ron returned phone calls and emails promptly and regularly communicated updates throughout the selling process. I give him the highest possible recommendation. If he were my employee, I would promote him before sundown. You would be smart to use his services."
